Nope, whatever happens is the only thing that could've.

At the point of coming into being (a la Whitehead and Wilbur) choices
are made in relation to the options presented and the possibilities
percieved.  Karma is real, both "good" and "bad".  Choosing what to
embody in the present moment is the task at hand and not an easy one is
"bad karma" is strong.  When I work with organizations, my goal is to
help them choose "the best" from the stories of what has worked in the
past.  (This is where AI has some useful insights)  But also to
transcend with the "new" awareness of the importance of what has emerged
in an Open Space Event, e.g. energy, flow (spirit), or the "new"
awareness of the skills and capabilities of people they had discounted,
or .... what seems to be next for them.
