Missing mail

yep, the list was down.  first time in our history, i think.  guess
after something like six or seven years we all needed a little vacation.
 i've really got nothing to do with the list and its operation, but i
did go fishing for some help at boise state and they said 'yes it's
down.'  nothing lost from the archives, just wasnt' sending anything
out.  and now, just as mysteriously as it disappeared, it is back.  so
here we are again.  m
