actually, we have been trying out the posting of proceedings to the web,
simultaneously during the conference, since 1999 in chicago.  might have
missed doing this in berlin, but mostly it's been done.  only thing left
is to do it from two locations, so it's probably ripe as can be
technically... only question is whether anyone wants to play that way...
