OSonOSinGOA - An Invitation

...feeling a bit dizzy here as os community does long-range planning...
osonos13 seems quite a ways off just now and estonia seems awfully close
to swenmark... shouldn't we be sweeping through africa by then, or
giving north american participants a year without jetlag? <grin> if we
really are going to do long-term planning, i'll mention again the
potential for running 2-4 osonos events simultaneously, spread somewhat
evenly around the globe, posting and cross-pollinating via the same
online proceedings space. michael h
