Help! Client's Three Week Worries

Laurel, michael, denis, Ralph, Glory, Lisa, BJ, Eddie, Joelle, and all
those who held this conversation in your hearts--

Today we got back on track, I think.

Not sure what they heard me explain as the meeting format last week, but
today I went over it again (precisely the same picture in my mind) and it
was, they said, "totally different." They are now less concerned...so far.

They want to think about the fact that it might look "unprofessional" if
the people chose their own meeting space, and they might want to assign it,
but they seem to be along on the idea of people posting and choosing their
own sessions. (I told them that people won't care about the space, if it is
a little crowded or whatever inconvenience there might be--the conversation
is what they will be there for, and they will be engaged.)

And I think they are not going to be space invaders (I told them it would
be received better if when they went to a session they actually sat down
with the people instead of standing "over" them, and they seemed to think
this a good (and new!) idea).

So all is well.

Thank you all for your help. Will keep you posted

                              :-Doug. Germann
