1. Anecdote 2. Request

Hi Ralph,
I have had a few requests over time for a private session one to one for a
learning journey in how to work with OST. The first of these is still in my
memory as a wonderful wonderful learning journey for both of us. An OD
professional of many years experience and state of the art training
including her phd made an arrangement with me for a one to one session with
the agreed upon right to question everything as it related to anything she
already knew. She and her colleagues had decided some time before that OST
was not worth their time but she didn't rest well with that decision. She
wanted to come and find out if after her training with me, this was still
her conclusion. We had a great time, I learned lots and so did she which for
me is the best kind of "training" situation. And she left intending to let
her colleagues know that they had all been mistaken. She saw some of
everything she had learned and knew within the OST and how to work with it.

I encourage you to go ahead even if there is only one person. And do what
you would do if there was a group. The difference will be that you won't get
any kind of break because the one to one or one to four sessions are much
more intense for the leader. It must be that you need this in your own
experience right now :-)

Intensity, joy, challenge, courage, fulfillment, pleasure, fun, learning,
and more....go for it.

My thanks to all who have responded about my prospective training program
for a small group.

Let me see if I can sharpen my question...

The issue for me is not the amount of time should be, or what the content
needs to include. It's what to do if the group actually turns out to be as
small as five. Or fewer. Anyone ever do an OS training program for such a
small group? What was the experience like? How did you set it up?

Thanks.
