My thanks to all who have responded about my prospective training program
for a small group.

Let me see if I can sharpen my question...

The issue for me is not the amount of time should be, or what the content
needs to include.  It's what to do if the group actually turns out to be as
small as five.  Or fewer.  Anyone ever do an OS training program for such a
small group?  What was the experience like?  How did you set it up?
