Question - more than one theme?

Off the top, my thought is that this would be too "directive". How about
keeping working on the wording of the theme so as to "allow" or even
"suggest" but not "require" certain sub-topics.... such as "with particular
regard to A, B and C, what are the I&O for X" -or- mention the sub-topics
during your opening in the context of hopes for the meeting etc...
