Thanks for answering a CEO question a long time ago

Dear all and especially you that answered me about CEO,
Just wanted to say thank you for all your good advice.

I had this problem with a OS-meeting where the CEO (in this case one of the
Swedish minister in the government). She could not attend the whole meeting
and the question was if she should come in the beginning or in the end pf
the OS.

She came to the closing circle (she had some other meetings before). We had
one hour for the closing, and she was the last to speak. There were 70
participants, I had meet some of them earlier and they are kind of known for
having long speaches. I praied and send the message all the time that we had
to share this hour. And as you understand - it all worked fine - when it was
7 minutes left the talking stick arrived to the minister and she had listen
to all the participants, so she included them in her speach and it was a
very good closing of a very nice day.

It works :-)
