OST vs. OD

Friends--

I'm feeling grateful for this conversation.  I'm meeting next week with
managers and supervisors to discuss where to go, what to do, with the huge
energy, participation and new sense of inclusion generated in OS and playing
itself out in all kinds of interesting ways in the organization.

I'll probably be quoting some of your wise words about your experience of
life after Open Space.

At a more personal level, I feel blessed to have a community of friends who
often think deeply and share generously.
