What are the unstated assumptions and aims of OS?

So would you think it OK to leave it at a month apart, but make the
sessions longer?

What is your judgment on this one--say a three hour session with 2
scheduled times of say 75-85 minutes each? (I say three because if I ask
for 4 that's probably what I'll get!)
