Invitation to Regional Haitian Open Space on Open Space

Dear Open Space Colleagues and Those Interested in The Open Space Experience
in Haiti,

You are invited to participate in the second Haitian Open Space on Open
Space. There was so much enthusiasm among the 40 plus people who attended
the first Haitian Open Space on Open Space that we have decided to do it
again. The theme will be:

"Realizing fruitful meetings and events using Open Space."

Schedule:

Thursday, June 19, arrive and share dinner together at 6:00 pm
Friday, June 20 and Saturday the 21st, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Sunday, June 22nd: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
Our theme for Sunday morning will be: Spirituality and Community

The meeting will be held at the comfortable and peaceful Villa Ormiso, 53
Bizoton #7 Carrefour (about two hours from the Port-au-Prince airport).

Our group was rich in cultural diversity last year and we anticipate a
similar mix this year. While there will be conversations throughout the
meeting in English and French, the predominant language spoken will likely
be Haitian Creole.

This will be an opportunity for us as Open Space practitioners to deepen our
experience by learning from one another. It will also give us the chance to
build and nurture friendships.

The fee for registration, all meals and lodging (Thursday dinner through
Sunday lunch) is US$225.

Please do not delay in making reservations! The quantity of rooms for
lodging is limited and there are not other options close by. To register
contact me at : englejohn at hotmail.com. I will be happy to organize
transportation for you to and from the airport.

The presence of friends from abroad will enrich our gathering as well as
encourage our community of Open Space practitioners in Haiti.
