Training Rotaracts of West Siberia

Dear Elena,
here is how I think on reading your account:
-What was the theme for the open space and who opened it?
-Result orientation has also a dark side, I recollect many horrors
wraught by result orientation of individuals, groups and nations
-Result orientation is fine when participants are oriented that way,
if I as the facilitator have that orientation, this orientation
distracts me mightily from holding space and time (attachment to
outcome)
-you called the event a "training" ?
-what is a successful os-test? Why do you congratulate people on
successful work?
-why did you decide to play with them in the evening? How did that
fit in the open space?
-what happens when you lead people to result thinking?
-I had to smile at your line "our people and children are not
thinking in terms of ..." (my experience with children is so much
different)
-people who want to party are motivated!

Hugs and greetings from Berlin (when will you come this way again?)
