Changed circumstances just before an OST

Dear friends.
In about 15 hours I leave my home to facilitate an OST with 170 people. As I
spoke to the boss today she told me that there are some worries in the
company (they are part of a larger company). Yesterday it was announced that
200 employees from a "sister-company" will have to leave at the end of this
year. The division I am working with have also been informed (earlier this
fall) that they have to cut costs. They have been working to achieve this
but worries may be escalating after these last days. The management team has
worked with there employees giving them space to talk about what´s
happening.
Well tomorrow I will open space for them on the theme of customer service.
It is the long one-day event (9 am-6pm) which I shared about earlier (we are
re-opening space in the end of the day). The boss thinks the theme is still
accurate but we are all prepared that the talk may well circle around the
present situation in the company.
I have been thinking about starting off with some kind of storytelling in
the morning but it is quite hard with this large group and just one day. If
anyone has any experiences to share I would be grateful.
Best regards
