Thanks Michael and John for this thoughtful discussion.  I truly value having
a place to have such a conversation!

My body seems to do a good job of tracking what is going on, in the space and
in me--when the feeling in my body does not seem congruent with what is in my
awareness, it is time to stretch my awareness.

Thanks, Michael, for managing to put words on a subtle experience which I can
recognize from your description.
