  In my experience, especially in mentoring individuals, when individual
vision and purpose is aligned with the organization's vision and purpose
the effectiveness of the person and the organization increases.  If an
organization I'm thinking of working with has a vision or purpose out of
alignment with mine -- I'll pass, as I'll find no growth in the
experience.
