i remember starting as leader of an education factory (might call them
schools) the good help i got from some management-freak reminding me that
it was upsidedown with the normal dogmas about order and chaos. as he
said "if you dont do anything order comes sneaking and steals the energy of
your organization - every now and then you have to intervene to recreate
chaos". i learned by experience that opening space was an excellent
intervention.
