A little prayer

Thanks for this great prayer.  The 9-11 documentary on television last night
showed Father Judge praying in the Trade Center lobby as the firemen
struggled to set up a command headquarters there.

The message reminds me of a good friend whose passion was bringing people
together for meaningful dialogue.  One of the things he did was to host a
party each year on the Sunday nearest his birthday.  He sent out postcards
inviting all his friends to come and bring a friend, and something for the
potluck.  Across the bottom of the card he would scrawl, "There will be
someone there you need to talk to."  And he was always right.
