Dear Gabi and other friends on this OS list,
I share with you the pleasure of the "ost-countries" and thank all who
provided offerings to the list; the "dictionary of change"; and now your
"list of change facilitators worldwide". I wish you much joy in your
international ventures.

I offer information about a new resource as well as to tell you a story that
touched my funny bone. I have written to you before to let you know of the
International Alliance for Mentoring (IAM) and advised that we would be
putting up a website for IAM at IAM.org. we had purchased the domain name,
happy to get it. Recently (about the time of my official immigration into
the US from Canada in February), our money was sent back to us. Apparently
we were bumped out by Molson's brewery who is using several IAM sites to
promote their Canadian beer under the slogan "I am Canadian". Very funny to
me as I was in the process of becoming "non-Canadian". And imagine, getting
"beat out" by a brewery no less :)

Recently, we were able to purchase one of the new domain names in the I.AM
set of names that has just been released (you may not even be aware of these
yet but for me it also is very funny that they now have a whole set of sites
with I.AM at the end of the address. We in the IAM must be very powerful
indeed to have brought about worldwide I.AM (I hope the humor I am using
here is coming across on the list. The new website address we were able to
get for the International Alliance for Mentoring is www.mentoring.I.AM
which of course shows me that the angels are laughing with us.

We do not have the site up and running yet but are currently developing the
initial information for it. I would very much like it if you would share the
story of your development of this "list of change facilitators worldwide" as
a story of your own mentoring of organizations. With the International
Alliance for Mentoring, we are promoting not only the mentoring of
individuals but also the mentoring of organizations. With this list, I
experience that you are doing this mentoring on an international level. If
you would be willing to share the story for the www.mentoring.I.AM website,
I would be grateful. If any of the others of you on the list have stories of
mentoring, I would appreciate receiving them if you care to share.

We are preparing for our second annual conference for the International
Alliance for Mentoring Sept 28/29 in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA and of
course with an on-line connection for all who cannot attend in person. You
are all invited. Contact Judi Richardson at judir at accesswave.ca

Blessings,
Birgitt

facilitators worldwide"

Dear List,

I am sitting in front of my computer and I am smiling. What a wonderful gift
to
see what diverse, and at the same time synergetic activities are growing in
our
oslist and around our ost-community and additonal without a common plan in
Berlin. Thats from my view really funny!

Thank you all for your ideas in bringing together information and ideas! I
love
the activities regarding the list of ost-countries. Wow. Over 60 thats
amazing.
Thanks Michael to organize this list .. great!

And I love Holgers project "dictionary of change". That will be also a very
valueable tool in the future, I am sure. Thank you for putting money and
risk in
such a project!

Let me add an innovation from me.
The last 6 month my team and I developed an internet-software. The name of
this
online-tool is "List of Change Facilitators Worldwide". This tool will be
launched this month, I hope ;-). My idea was to open a space via a software,
where change facilitators, which are sharing the same main values like us,
working with ost and other good methods, have the opportunity to establish
and
to show their professional profils. Via passwords each facilitator can
modify
his or her contents by herself / himself including a foto or a logo. All
profils
will automatically and in real time organized from A to Z (countries and
cities
and more). So that this list will be a selforganized growing and learning
space
. Many more features for this list are in the process of programming, so
that
this list will grow from many sides in the future. This software-tool is one
part of my international project called "participation, networking and
change",
which we will launch this year too.

As soon as the list of facilitators will be ready, I will informate you all
again, so that you can have a look into the test-website, if you want.

Love and Peace to all of you
Gabriela
