Julie--

I do believe that part of the power of Open Space is the congruence between
process and intention.  Your subject is certainly timely, as well as
important.

As for stepping into the abyss, I did that literally last summer and it has
been an interesting experience.  Still have a sore ankle, together with much
growth and learning in many areas of my life.  Worth the risk.
