self organizing systems and world peace

But just perhaps this is such a world, such a chaos. For is it not true
that the Open Space facilitator stepping into the circle never does
survive? That she or he who steps out is someone different? Someone who
grew? Is he or she truly carried off by a whirlwind, his or her old self
(the one they just figured out in the last Open Space) struck to ashes by
the lightning of the fullness of peace, the fullness of the circle?

Just some musings inspired by your excellent way with words....
