a teacher of mine has pencils made with various gems printed on them, gives them
out at workshops and retreats...

life is not an emergency
nothing is necessary
anything is possible
let the inner worm wiggle
no circumstance justifies agitation
really easy is often quite difficult
and more...


...yes an important teacher for me, for sure. <grin>
