Any Ideas on this one?

hi don,

people have done their proposals, but who ever said that there is no
possibility for improvement? Typing a proposal is simply showing some interest in
this topic, but it could be done isolated, "touching only the leg of the
elephant and thinking of a tree" (as M. Weisbord would say). So, why dont you
invite all interested parties into an open space and search for the best way to
address the issue? They will find a way, fo sure and nmaybe it turns out, that
you need even less money than you have?

greetings from Yerewan, Armenia
