Any experience/success with OS .... in 3 separate rooms!!!

How many people will the auditorium hold?  If possible, can you have
people sit on steps, kneel at the front, surround the stage?  If you
cram everyone inside, it will be very intimate and avoids separation.

If you get through the intro and marketplace quickly, people will
disperse and start work without feeling they were left out.  In my
experience separate rooms with video links never really works,
especially for this process.

Any more elephants lurking in the tall grass?
