Any experience/success with OS in an auditorium?

i have successfully used OST without a circle to open or close. The group
was 75 people and seated in rows. Once the marketplace was open they all
went to the wall and then to the breakout spaces. i did walk a small circle
in front of them to start -- and pass a talking object around the whole
room at the end.
