Now that we know the chairs will fit, is the space suitable for the people?

Koos
Thanks for the spread sheet.

It is one step in the process. Why become focused on a room and chairs?

Most of my work is with people who work in the natural environment. Some of my
most successful "Open Space" events have been held outside - no walls no chairs.
There is always a space to post topics and organise the "Program" even if it is
just an area set aside on the ground. I have found people can be most inventive
in the way they use the "outdoor space".
