Hi dear listmembers
I thought I send you a little report from this remote island on the very
west of Sweden. Right outside my window is the the famous lighthouse of
Vinga. The participants are in the frontyard working on the 3rd session. We
have had increadibly nice weather so almost all work has been outside.

I have my computor here and it is connected to a big screen. One of the
givens was that every convenor is to put his report on to our Forum. So far
4 out of 6 have managed. The rest will do it when they are back at their
office.

After this session I will let the members work in triads for 20 minutes,
with the question: What and how will we go on working until we meet next
time? We will gather in the circle (11 participants)and they will be offered
to share from their conversations. This procedure is part of "Whole person
process facilitation", as some of you might recognize. This could include
new topics onto the webforum, new physical meetings etc.

Now it´s over, but not over. I didn´t manage to send the mail earlier. We
now have 7 topics on the forum. The design for the end worked fine. No new
topics were risen, but I think they were looking forward to swimming and a
tour of the lighthouse. They were quite exhausted too. They shared that they
want to engage the coming weeks. They also expressed concern for those two
employees who didn´t manage to join this day. Everybody seems to have had a
great day and loved working in open space, looking forward to work further
in this "project".

26 of sept is deadline for making contributions on our webforum (either new
topics or comments on those that are there). The convenors will have a week
to write a summary which will be the final posting on each "topic-forum".
When we meet again the 7 oct we will have half a day in open space and then
convergence.

Just another reflection. I tried to make the connection between our work in
OS with the coming work in VOS and I feel the connection is strong. Also
good to have another day in Open Space later on.
Now I will go for a swim, see you
Best regards
