Seeking web-based OST services

My nonprofit community organization wants to locate a website where we can
hold an ongoing virtual open space between three annual in-person meetings.

Can anyone give me basic info about engaging the services of Caucus,
BigMind, Ultimate Bulletin Board, or other web-based systems capable of
supporting an ongoing OST? Are there any good services that might donate
some or all of their capabilities to a nonprofit organization?

Also: does anyone have preferences among services you have used? You can
reply off-list if you want---

Many thanks
Jeff

We all want to make something that's going to live beyond us,
but that thing shouldn't be a house, or some other physical object.
It should be a village that can continue to maintain itself.
