A curious form of holding space to enable responsibility

The link below will take you to a story from the Washington Post about
an airline pilot who breifed his passangers on what to do if they faced
a hijacking threat.  It is a wonderful example of someone acknowledging
and affirming the wisdom and the responsibility of people to act if they
need to.

And he even begins the flight with a transfer in exercise, to ensure
that people's whole being are present.
