Dear Peggy,

my husband, Alex is answering that TRIZ (in Russian) in English it would be
Theory of Solving Inventory Tasks (TSIT) would be the best (as usual!)
technology for using in such a difficult situation. Though I do understand,
that it will be needed a special interpretaion of some understanding of
terms in between.

there is a special part in it - Diversionary analysis - it looks for the
week point both in enemy's and our own (or your own) defence system.

there could be a good team organized from such specialists and there is an
expereince working with MChS (Ministry of extra(?) Situations (like 911 in
Russian on Government level),

the only problem - it gives hundreds of possibilities, so it would be a hard
work to research them all, but it could be a great number of reasonable
things to start with...

OK
I don't know how to promote TRIZ better, but it sounds always like this. I
have all my methods checked by my home consultant, so it gives me more
arguments for my work

best wishes

elena
