long, but worth reading.  My brother, a very bright (if disillusioned)
man whom I adore (even if I disagree with him at times) sent it to me.
It told me, better than anything else I've read, about the
relationship of the United States to the rest of the world.

Anyway, Dr. Noam Chomsky is one of the most intelligent critics of U.
