I like your design and the spirit in which it was conceived and carried out.
We found that in Siberia,  big paper and marking pens were sometimes hard to
come by, the only Post-Its were the ones we brought.  We tried to focus on
what is essential to the process and not on the artifacts we use to carry it
out.

You have done a great job of cutting through to the essentials, and making
everyone welcome to participate on an equal basis.
