Chris,
Thank you for sharing this and for your details and contribution. I pick up
on one of your last lines “In short it worked fine because I trusted the
process and the people to organize in a way that suited them.” I think that
really great OST facilitators do so well because the trust the people as
well as the process. And as the philosopher Heideggar said “a person is not
a thing or a process but an opening through which the Absolute can
 manifest.”
