Food safety

Hi Bruce,

In Capital Health Region we've used OST in the development of professional
practice councils for almost all of the disciplines. The OST process lends
itself well to working with intact groups to share best practices and to
"navel gaze" a bit about the fundamentals and future of a given
profession/discipline. The natural, incidental mentoring that happens
during the course of the discussions is a really valuable bonus. Each
discipline evolved quite a different approach to their practice council
which reflected well the values and standards held dear by their particular
professional group . . . and the feedback on the OST process was extremely
positive.

Hello, anyone out there with experience and stories to share about using OST
for professional development among an intact team- ie. learnings and actions
around best practices in core business, including career consulting, and
marketing and branding?

Thank you in advance. Best regards,
