report forms

Dear Elena,
more on report forms.
I tried various word in the section for people to record results.
Such as "result", "recommendations", "action steps", "agreements",
etc.
It seems to me that people dont give a damn what you put on the
sheet. So I have reduced it now to "results" and "things we agreed on
to do". Someday, maybe I will just leave the space and put no words,
just the space. My experience is that there will be as much action as
people are ready to take, regardless of what words we put there.
So I guess its the old game of less is more and of letting go.
