About being prepared to be surprised

Yesterday morning I had a telephonecall as I was on my way to the site of an
OST-meeting. The night before I had spent a few hours setting everything up.
I had a good night sleep feeling confident since everything was prepared.
"Something terrible has happened" the poor girl told me. Wow, I thought the
place had burnt down or something. Well, it wasn't that bad but the lady who
cleaned the place had made a really good job. She thought all those funny
signs on the wall were from the day before. So she threw them away - matrix
and all... Bad luck and surprise. Arriving on site I found three from the
staff on their knees writing schedule, matrix, 4 rules, law, theme and so
on. We worked together for a while and everything was nice and in order well
in time for the participants to arrive. Nobody noticed the chaos that had
been going on an hour before and everything went well. I gave the staff my
compliments and might hire them when my business flourishes.
