Great feedback, thanks. It is getting shorter, thanks to your help, and probably will get shorter with the necessary context in the invitation. It still feels to "outcome driven" to me but that will work itself out, I think.

What will we show our community to demonstrate the impact of our programs, and how will we capture this evidence in a meaningful way?
