Oh YES!!! An inspirational response, Chris.  Images in my mind of the
person-at-the-top with surprised expression being pulled into a vortex of
new direction. Reminded of Ghana's philosophy (very much paraphrased) "I am
my people's leader. There go my people, I must follow them". Creative
leadership might well be called creative support for the outrageous
swamp-dwellers.
