Very small OS

Hi Ros,

my observation in small groups is that the participants tend to be confused
about the marketplace. Once they asked me: "Why we should break into small
groups? Shouldn't we work it out together? " It seemed to me like a barrier
for the group to overcome and to get the OS running and to take
responsibility. Than they started to work on their issues in one group. But
after a while people started to work on their own issues either alone or
created new groups. It worked! In the closing circle they found almost very
appreciative words about each other and the learning they had together -
although they knew each other pretty well.

all the best
Jo
