Trev-

Oh my how wonderful -- truth is spirit -- mahalo -- and it is morning here - your words have greeted my day and will travel with me.

Welcome to our new day...

Hi Judy,
Ive been reading the flow of messages pondering the notion of truth over the
last day or so, then this morning when I was having my morning meditaion &
prayer hour I read in 1 Peter 5 (I think it was) something that jumped off
the page at me. It said something like'..truth is Spirit..' and I thought
that had a very OS ring to it as it bounced around my inner being and
continues to do so even as I send this reply.
Cheers
Trev

Judi, I feel my "yes" to your thoughts bubbling up, so here it comes.....
YES! As I say that my heart expands into the open unknown. I find myself
smiling for reasons I know not. Simply a natural response to a glimmer of
truth?

With heart overflowing,

Julie

being ... anchors itself into flesh and then creates the experience that we
call living. I wonder sometimes if we all just told the truth as it moves
up from the body and presses up against us to be revealed ... if we only
said "yes" when "yes" is what we meant ... and "no" when we are unwilling or
unable; if we asked for what we wanted -- and didn't wait until we were
desperate -- and were honest about what we are willing to give -- would the
flow of energy ever be impeded?

> Hmmmm...... I see what you mean, Judi and Harrison. There is that aspect
of conflict that puts us in touch with ourselves. The internal struggle
that accompanies external conflict can force us to explore our deeper truths
and meanings in life. That exploration can result in important learning and
growth.

other. It is the healing of this aspect, I think, that I was trying to get
at in my earlier post. This is the healing that allows us to have a shared
truth with another rather than a solo truth that excludes the other. That
shared truth sometimes opens us to the possibility of recognizing our
connection, our oneness.

connected to the Truth -- their own. Not necessarily a bad thing if space
can be provided so that some perspective may be achieved. And the good news
about conflict is that somebody cares. No Conflict? Nobody cares! but you do
need some space to move about in. which is why, I guess, we do what we do.
