BigMind Catalyst and OSonOS IX

Chris,
First I would like to extend best wishes to you and Laurel and anyone else
involved in hosting this OSONOS in Vancouver. I ask Spirit for highest good
and highest joy for all.

And now, some advice and more data please about getting involved for those
of us not attending! Unless I am reading the posts incorrectly, it seems
that there are two different places to be in community together from a
distance????? Any ideas anyone about what to do here regarding the best
building of community together and not feeling fragmented????? I know that
going to both places is more than I can do.

I just did a quick check in the Big Mind site. This drew my attention to
words that I have great confusion with. "Knowledge Management" and "on-line
Community Management". Two great assets of humans(knowledge and management)
that for the life of me, don't seem to go along with being managed. I see
that Doug Carmichael, formerly of Metanet is involved and I know he has been
around the OST community for years. Maybe Doug could respond to knowledge
management and community management in relation to the principles of Open
Space Technology.

I am getting ready to participate somehow on-line and request help to figure
out how best to do this so I require a bit more data.

As you have seen from Gabriel's invitation, we are experiementing this
year with an active online forum as well as the OSonOS Live here in
Vancouver.

For those of you unable to join us in Vancouver this year, please
consider joining us for ongoing discussions in our online space too.

As usual, all of the proceedings from this year's OSonOS will be posted
at http://www.openspaceworld.org .

We are 24 hours away from the opening of OSonOS...
