Logistics Questions - large OS

Dear Meg, I second HO. And then there is a funny thing I have noticed
several times. Even if you have breakout spaces in the central
meeting room using room dividers so that everything is very flexible,
large groups will crowd closely together without using the
possibility of expanding their space (which could be easily done). I
have also seen people crowd into a seperate smaller breakout room
with people oozing out of the door even though there is a much larger
breakout space clearly visible right next door.
But I have also seen people pay a lot of attention to get just the
right size of room for their group.
So there seems to be a difference between the right space and the
right size.
And it seems to work.
So let selforganization take its path...it will anyhow.
Greetings from Berlin
michael

I
So here is my picky logistics question. The breakout rooms are of
different size; small rooms have space for 8 - 10 people, larger
rooms can hold 25. How do we ensure that discussion groups have a
room adequate to their numbers??
