OS with bank customers

I think that it was Bank of Montreal.  In fact, the advertising campaign
they started about 4 years ago had people holding up hand-written signs
saying things like: "I want a bank that cares about MY needs."  Wonder where
they got THAT idea?????

Harrison has done OS work with a large Canadian bank, although I don't think
that customers were involved in that one.

It sounds like a great idea, in fact I was exploring something similar with
one of my clients a few years ago, but the company was restructured before
we
had a chance to try it.
