Dear colleagues,

I will facilitate an 1,5-day open space event here in Berlin at the end of
April with folks from Austria, Ukraine, Germany, France, Russia, UK and
Finland involved in international volunteer operations. The theme is: "How
we can co-ordinate our trans-European volunteer program". The participants
don't speak ONE common language. Most of them do speak / understand English
on different levels and only two of them only Russian. The sponsor want's
to have an interpreter during all the time there to help them and they want
also translate all the reports to have have them in English and Russian for
the planning session at day 2.

For me it seems to be a bit overloaded with assistance. It is not very much
in line with the idea of self-organisation. But I'm not sure, what would be
the appropriated way of opening space for such a diverse group?

Any advises are welcome!
