Good News!

My dear friends,

First of all, thanks to all of you for those beautiful advices and motivational
letters that you sent me. It was great to feel support (actually to be honest,
I was needing it a lot).
And here my story:

>From my 6 participants, one canceled me on Monday. So I had to cancel the whole
activity (I can tell you that I was going crazy at that moment, feeling
terrible because my college from Hungary was just sitting in from of
me........and I was feeling guilty to bring him to Costa Rica, and to cancel
the activity). And then in a conversation with my team (my collegue from
Hungary and my assitant from Costa Rica), we decided that we should still do it
with those who were interested, but only one day event.
To make it short, I called everybody and the were more than happy. And the
price of course was better (only 50 USD, that includes food and materials).
Later, the Chamber of Industries called me to tell me that they want to assist,
and they offered me their conference room, which is big enough.......so just
imagine, now I am calling to tell to those who said no at the begginig, the
changes, and I already got some positive answers.

So my lesson is clear:  I tried to do it my way, instead of listening to the
people. And as soon as I did what they wanted, the results changed..........ITS
GREAT.
