Open Futures is planning an initiative to take OST to the private
sector in Scotland and the North of England.  It would help
enormously if we had some case studies from anywhere in the world.

If you have worked with corporations and are willing to share your
experience, would you please take a moment to tell us what happened
by covering the following points:

1. Name of corporation, if appropriate
2. Business activity
3. OS application, e.g. strategy, innovation, marketing, cultural change etc.
4. Theme
5. Number of participants
6. Outcome(s)
7. Benefit(s)
8. Testimonials, if any
9. Repeat events
10. Any other comments

Thanks very much for taking the time and making the effort.  We
intend, with your permission and attribution, to place some case
studies on our website.
