Viv,

When I recently did a series of 20 Open Space meetings with the Washington
State Arts Commission around the state, I did it by recruiting about 20
experienced OS practitioners to help. We brought them together for half a
day to ground them in the project, its purpose, its background, its
aspirations. We enlisted their ideas in answering some outstanding design
questions. And at their suggestion, we set up an e-mail group so that as
each space was opened, the experience was shared. This turned out to be a
magical learning community for all of us.

As a way of extending the reach of what you are proposing, I heartily
encourage you to consider some sort of practitioner group that can support
the OSs that emerge from your initial meeting.

Best of success to you,
Peggy
