Hi Steve, (and to whom it may concern)
I have made very good experiencies with a German product
called EasyFlip from Leitz
(Prod.: 1 Leitz 7000, No 4002432336814)
It is a 3 feet long kind of quiver with a large roll of trancpareny. You can
easily attach it to a wall or on an open door, pull out trancparency as long
as you like, can add text, and you can tear sheads off, they are
self-adhesive on walls.
Michael

Steve,

I don't know about mobile whiteboards, but have you ever tried a 'sticky
wall'?

The cheapest way is to buy one of those blue plastic tarpaulins - the ones
with the eyelets at each corner - and spray it with 3M Spraymount (the
repositionable kind).

When you get to the conference venue, either use masking tape to fix it to
the wall, or hang it on thick string, washing line or something similar.

You can then put flipchart sheets onto it, or Metaplan / Neuland (or
similar) shapes, or what some people call 'half slips' (half a sheet
standard writing paper) or whatever.

You can also buy something similar (but better-looking) from Institute of
Cultural Affairs: http://www.icaworld.org

Hope this is useful.

Martin
