Teams and Women in the HBR

The Number of Nov-Dec 2000, of the Harvard Business Review, has
two very interesting articles.

In "The tough work of turning around a team", Bill Parcells, an American
football coach that turned around three teams talks about his experiences,
some of which can be used in different contexts. Curious.

"Winning the talent war for women: sometimes it takes a revolution"
describes what Deloitte & Touche have done to change a situation
where talented women professionals where systematically leaving the
company. They understood that this was a big problem (which is
not common in corporations) and decided to make the necessary
revolution to correct it. Very interesting.

Any comments?

Regards

Artur
