  people have a chance to learn by getting feedback. 

  thank you for the mirror. haven't been there, but a friend of mine told me about similiar impressions. 

  my former employer told me ones "consultants and facilitators are like divas". 
  for me everything has two sides. As long the bright side shines thru' it's okay - at least for me, perhaps not for the sponsor. If consultants or facilitators are able to show their high regard, the spirit (of os?) might shine thru'.

  Would be interesting to have the people you have in mind at a Community Buildung first.
